DIRECTOR OF CAFÉ SERVICES
Courtney Sobieralski started her hospitality career at fourteen-years-old working in her father's two restaurants.
In 2013, her deep passion for food, hospitality, and helping others led her to the Thistle Farms community where she opened The Café at Thistle Farms.
She currently serves as Cafe Director at Thistle Farms, creating and overseeing all food, beverage, and hospitality endeavors.
CAFÉ EVENTS MANAGER
Mariola Tubens has been with The Cafe at Thistle Farms since May 2018 and brings three decades of hospitality expertise to the Events Team. After arriving in the US from Poland in 1984, she spent her first years learning English and all she could about the hospitality industry. She spent nearly 20 years managing The Pineapple Room at Cheekwood, and 5 years as Lead Banquet Server for Kristen Winston Catering.
Mariola’s favorite part of her job is helping clients achieve their vision by creating a beautiful and memorable experience. As our Café Events Manager, she is honored to be part of the Thistle Farms community and takes great pride in using her passion to further the mission of Thistle Farms.
