YOUR MEAL HELPS WOMEN SURVIVORS
Find Healing, Hope,
and Freedom
The Café at Thistle Farms is a restaurant, tea service, and event space located in West Nashville.
A social enterprise, the Café heals, empowers, and employs women survivors of trafficking, prostitution, and addiction.
We believe that love is the strongest force for change in the world, because love has the power to heal.
A Story In Every Cup
The tea cup chandelier graces the front of the Café interior as an evocative expression of our declaration that there is a story in every cup.
The tea cups were submitted from Thistle Farm supporters here in Nashville, and around the world. Among the cups are gifts from grandmothers, volunteers, celebrities, a holocaust survivor, and Thistle Farms program graduates.

Come enjoy a lunch on the shaded back porch, settle in on the couch, or set up your ‘office’ away from home at the pull up counter.

KEEPING THE CANDLE BURNING
Together, We Light
The Way Home
As you enter the Café, you’ll notice a candle burning brightly in our foyer. Each morning for over 20 years, we have lit a candle as a symbol of welcome and sanctuary.
FULL OF HIDDEN GEMS
TABLE #9
The original floor of the Café was constructed of wood from Al Gore Sr.’s tobacco barn in Carthage, TN. During our remodel in 2017, the wood was converted into table #9 and the banquettes that grace our space today.
